The EmC Master Class is taught by the founder of EmC Leaders, Dr. Lola Gershfeld, an organizational psychologist and a corporate emotional connection expert.
Dr. Gershfeld is the original developer of the Emotional Connection process (EmC) and the author of two books, Emotional Connection and The Connected Culture.
